Jeff came to install a new garbage disposal in my kitchen. He arrived on time, and, before he began, he explained what it would cost. He told me that I have a $50 credit in my account and also said he'd be deducting another $10 for my coupon. He quickly installed the new disposal and cleaned everything up before he left. I have used Professional Plumbing for several issues in my house and have never been disappointed with the work and the people who performed it.

Our hot water heater broke on Wednesday. We call Professional Plumbing that day and the next morning we had a new hot water heater. Matthew and Mike came and were very professional and thorough. They did a fantastic job. This is the second time we used Professional Plumbing and because our experience the first time was so great I would highly recommend them.

My first experience with ordering a new water heater. I purchase the wrong size, oops. He came back to finish the job the next day. His ability to speak Spanish and communicate with my contractor’s crew is an asset. They communicated where the doors would hang as to get everything to fit. Switch and electrical had to be moved and he easily explained it to me, a lay person as to what was needed for electrician to do his part. He even helped me measure again to make sure I had ordered my washer and dryer properly so there would be no further mishaps with my ordering. Very happy with his work, knowledge and communication. He deserves a raise.

Erick serviced my plumbing almost two years ago. So, when I began having plumbing issues, I called Professional Plumbing and requested Erick. I was impressed with his work ethic, knowledge and professionalism and especially ability to make certain the problem was diagnosed, and the job was done properly and to my satisfaction, meeting the standards of Professional Plumbing. I also was impressed with Erick's fund of knowledge and skills. He was persistent at getting the job done. He allowed me to watch as well as gave explanations when I had questions about the jetting and the current status of my cast iron pipes. Friendly, efficient, very kempt and well-spoken. I am looking forward to working with Professional Plumbing to get my plumbing issues resolved. He appeared also to work well (good chemistry), like hand and glove with the associate that accompanied him both times.
