Tim and his team kept up great communication as to arrival time. Tim introduced himself, was professional and timely, and completed a great job. Tim was also very informative as to other issues that need attention and was not pushy, but informative, on how to move forward when ready.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional about fixingT our plumbing problems. He assessed the issue and discovered that it was a broken pipe that was causing the water to backup. He gave us an estimate & replaced the broken pipe.Thanks for help

Everything was taken care of in less that 3 hours, that was making the appt and the work completed. Jeff was informative, included other service they offer, and very polite. We will be having other products installed later and will ask for him.

Brian is a great technician. I had found the probem in the pressure switch before he arrived and I explained to him what I had done. I had him look at it and check the tank pressure, everything was ok. He didn't feed me any crap or try to sell me anything I didn't need. Very pleasant experience, thank you!

Very poor. First installed wrong waterheater. Natural gas instead of propane. Very dangerous due to carbon monoxide. Also stained house siding and unnecessary widened opening in foundation. Later promised 2 years service but when they came wanted over $100 to drain tank. Said they would check with boss in view of previous promise. Never called or responded to my questions. I would not use them again.
