It had been almost 5 years since my roof was cleaned by the Maverick Soft Wash. Some black streaks appeared on my roof . Maverick made their 5 year guarantee good. Workers came to my home within a few days of my call requesting their services. I really appreciate a company that stands by their promise!

In the past, I hired ompanies with high pressure house washes that did a good job. I took a chance with Maverick Seal soft wash and amazed at the end result. We have not seen our house clean and bright as when we first moved in. The tech arrived on time, introduced themselves and at the end we work around the house. To my surprise, the techs wre professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Maverick Seal.

Please sweep up after spraying. I picked up piles of leaves and mulch that were sprayed off but left behind. I also picked up a trash bag full of debris that was left for me to discard.

They do a great job, show up on time, and are courteous. I think their process cleans better than a straight power wash, especially at getting off those black artillery fungus spots, and doesn't hammer the siding with too much pressure. We've used them twice now and there's just no reason to make a change.

Eric and Connor did a beautiful job on our house. In addition, they were conscientious and super friendly. Neighbors are already commenting on how good our house looks. New customers maybe?

Good morning, It has been 1 week since the Maverick Team worked on our house. I do regret to share with you, it really looks no different than prior to the soft wash. I was truly hoping for better results. I know the Team performed their task as required. The patio and sidewalks looked great.. No change to windows, and from what I can tell it appears the solution has brought and end to our Hibiscus and plant on the trellis. Respectfully Gary Bennett

The work was great, my house looks like it looked when the siding was brand new. The shine coat was well worth the money. My only complaint was they were an hour and 35 minutes late and no one even called me to let me know they were going to be late, I called the office twice and no one answered. I was very upset because they had my credit card number and I had no idea what was going on. 385

They arrived right on time and were extremely friendly and professional. The whole experience from sales consultation, to scheduling, to the work itself was perfect! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you Maverick SoftWash!

The Maverick team did a great job soft washing the siding on my house. It looks brand new. My patio pavers were also in great need of cleaning and refinishing; there again, they are so shiny and clean. The workers carefully moved all my patio furniture to the garage and will come back tomorrow to pupt it back in place once the patio has fully dried.

Your guys were great, considering current public issues, they were really great! They conducted themselves in a professional manner, cleaned up everything, and even reattached our hoses. So far everything looks good and my wife has not said much about the landscaping so I guess things are ok in that department. Regards, Joe & Eileen Martin t
