I am a Realtor and hired American Leak Detection to check out the pool in a new listing I was preparing to sell. Fortunately, they sent Danny Read. He spent over two hours diagnosing the pool, not from the pool deck but from IN the pool. He was very knowledgeable, polite and informative. The technician Neill completed his inspection timely and can’t me a price at all times of his findings. He was very prompt in the time getting here and he did his work very expeditiously as well. Jesse knew his craft. Went right to work with his tech equipment to rule in or out that I had a plumbing leak. My contractor was also present. First time he had opportunity to watch this technique. Jesse answered all his questions as they went around the house. In the end my contractor asked for Jesse’s business card for future clients with same problem and good news NO LEAK. Would recommend this business to anyone with possible leak!

So pleased with Neal Cotter. Very professional, thorough, explained everything concerning the leak in my house. He also referred me to an amazing company that came out the same day and got the ball rolling setting us up with a plumber, dry wall man, including our insurance company. Neal you made a bad situation into a stress free problem. I would suggest Leak Detectors to everyone. Honest and covers all the basis in Avery timely manor. Great service. GREAT!
