Great service technician. Very professional
However pricing is outrageous. Almost $400 for repair that took 1 1:5 hours
Will not use or recommend company due to pricing When asked to review the price for such a short repair time. Was told that think price was fair.

Service is excellent. Customer service is evident. John is a wonderfull service man. He is pleasant, and caring regarding his customer, John is truly an asset to Elite Electric. John diagnosed my problem and took care of the problem in a truly timer manner. I always recommend Elite to anyone needing service.

Kevin was quite pleasant and knowledgeable, although I challenged and questioned the prescribe work diagnosis. Kevin provide info to clarify. I even mentioned based on the time, and (sounds, maybe I should increase the price!!) Additional explanation made it clear this was above my pay grade!! Thanks Kevin, much appreciation!

Mike was great, when I say great I mean it! we only want Mike to come from now on, very professional and honest in our opinion!! It was honestly the best experience we have had !! He really knows his stuff and we didn't feel at all like we were being sold on anything and the clean up was amazing, the guy was on his hands and knees whipping the floor after ! So from now on if Michael is available that's who we what to come here! Thanks Mike we appreciated you !!
