Kellen was very friendly and installed a new thermostat and did some wiring changes to the furnace. Everything is working fine now after having some issues with the recent installation of a air conditioner and a problem with the furnace starting up.

Excellent service ! Javi inspected my kitchen plumbing leak and quickly found the leak. He outlined repairs needed and gave me a time frame for the work. He was able to arrive early on the agreed repair date and completed the repairs in a short period of time for a fair repair cost. This is my second experience with Patriot Pros and both have been excellent. I strongly recommend this company !

Javi did a professional job explaining each step as he repaired/replaced our main shower valve which became difficult to use. The total time was barely an hour. This was the second time we've used Patriot and there will be a third time should the need arise!

Javi did a great job with the shower installation. However, others at Patriot Pros never gave him the A/C Coil manual which he was to bring, despite the fact that I included mentioning it to people at the company several times. I believe I also mentioned it in an email I sent in the past. Javi mentioned I will need it when the city inspector arrives, so I expect you will mail it to me in the next few days. I'm still waiting for an email receipt concerning the full payment on the completed project. Javi said I can expect it Wed morning. Thanks for the very professional installers on the entire project.

Chris returned late afternoon to complete the most complex work on especially the a/c coil installation and the completion of the entire installation. Like Trent, Chris was very willing to explain and educate me on the system. I feel very comfortable the entire project had been done excellently with great care and diligence.

Jamie was also very professional and did a great job with the furnace/ac coil installation. I interacted with Jamie less than Trent, as Trent was the lead for most of the day until Chris returned. However, Jamie also was very helpful with all the questions I asked him.

My water heater stopped producing hot water and had leaked about 2 gallons of water. I called Patriot Pros and the service was great and the two men who came to evaluate the condition of my water heater were awesome guys! Very polite and easy to talk to. It was determined that I needed a new water heater. I do not give the rating a five star because I felt that the water heater replacement quote was way to high. It came in at $4,600 for the overall cost. I understand they want to offer the best product on the market, but I do not even remotely have that kind of cash laying around. There was no option for a payment plan either. I am not giving them a five star rating because I felt that my financial situation was not considered. I wish they would have provided a few different options for the water heater replacement so that I could consider some lower price options.

They were very polite, professional n knowledgeable. When I explained to Don my sewer problem and what I thought needed to be done, Don explained the code and and suggested an alternative way to resolve my problem. I was very impressed with them.
