Cleo did a fine job. I was concerned about the storm but he knew what to do and was alert to the weather. He explained he would do all he could. If the weather prevented some checks, they would be rescheduled. He did get wet but he was lucky. By waiting about 30 minutes from his arrival, there was a window providing him an opening to complete the job. He alerted me to an issue that is surfacing. He shared photos of the rusting that is appearing and may cause a problem in the future. I am now set for six months. A new part will be ordered and installed at the June check-up. Great job, Cleo! Thanks.
