American Leak Detection is super in dinfing and then repairing pool leaks. Over the years, I've used them three times and each time, they found and carefully repaired my pool leak. Kaleb (I thought his name was Taylor) did a great job fixing my leak this past weak. They are the best in the business!!

Alan was thorough but unable to locate leak. (There was none). His written summary was exactly what was need to have the utility replace the defective meter. I call the utility shortly after Alan had left and stated I had a survey from American. It was apparent that your name carries weight. The meter was replaced in less than 24 hours.

Just remember, GOOD employees are especially hard to come by in this "day and age". Tom is the complete "package". He is intelligent & a "people-person, a RARE COMBO, a must-have in the service industry . Most importantly he knows what he has been trained to do ! FIND THE LEAK

I was appreciative that I was able to get an appointment the next day. The serviceman, Alan, was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and answered all my questions. He gave me recommendations to follow to solve my issues.

Used American Leak Detection for the first time today. I was extremely impressed by the entire process. As a property manager, I cannot be wondering and waiting. They did not allow any time for that. I was made aware by phone calls, texts and emails at every step of the way. Then Dan Witkoski arrived. He had his tools and went right to work. He worked methodically, was very pleasant, again, kept me informed. I believe Dan went above and beyond to find the source of the leak that we were stumped about. It was such a pleasure to work with a professional vendor and when the need arises again, I know who I have on speed dial!

well, let us all be honest: no one is delighted to have to have an ALD rep come to your home LOL! but indeed i had to call upon this service, and Kris could not have been nicer, kinder, efficient, and professional. thank you so much, and also to ALD, for being able to come to my rental as soon as possible. hopefully this issue will be resolved soon, and again, my thanks for coming quickly, and helping me locate the source of the issue.

Technician and prompt and professional. Called when he was on his way, as promised. Called to follow-up when work was completed as service was performed at a rental unit. Volunteered to contact my plumbing company to relay his findings. Overall, very satisfied with the service provided. Would use this company again if the need should arise.
