Danny Read did a follow up visit on my pool leak and he located a hard to find leak adjacent to one of my spa jets. Danny Read was very courteous and professional, and I would use their services again.

Dan was prompt; notified us of approx. ETA. Went right to work. Analyzed situation correctly and found leak. Thorough, competent. Even had a plumber recommendation on standby to fix our RO water filter system, which is the source of our leak. Very favorably impressed with Dan!

We were very pleased with the professional service we received from American Leak Detection ! From the outset I was confident that we were in good hands. We have a high volume leak situation and it has been very stressful trying to determine where the problem is . Jesse was the right guy to get it figured out in short order . So now we can get down to the business of exposing the area he marked out and make the necessary repairs . I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with this type of plumbing problem !

I was very grateful to Americans Leak to schedule us asap to address our leak. Tom, was courteous, arrived right on time and quickly identified the location of the leak which was outdoors under a triple Robellini. I was very thankful Tom found the leak so quickly as we had to have a tree company remove the trees and root ball in preparation for the plumbing repair. Tom’s identification area was right on the mark, which relieved much of our stress I was feeling. Thank you to Tom & the American Leak Company for their excellent service.

American Leak Detection is super in dinfing and then repairing pool leaks. Over the years, I've used them three times and each time, they found and carefully repaired my pool leak. Kaleb (I thought his name was Taylor) did a great job fixing my leak this past weak. They are the best in the business!!

Alan was thorough but unable to locate leak. (There was none). His written summary was exactly what was need to have the utility replace the defective meter. I call the utility shortly after Alan had left and stated I had a survey from American. It was apparent that your name carries weight. The meter was replaced in less than 24 hours.

Just remember, GOOD employees are especially hard to come by in this "day and age". Tom is the complete "package". He is intelligent & a "people-person, a RARE COMBO, a must-have in the service industry . Most importantly he knows what he has been trained to do ! FIND THE LEAK
