of the 4 estimates that I have yours is more than double almost triple of all of them and the only answer was we are a professional company. All of the companies were professional so that just didn't explain such a difference in cost.

How many service people bring their own welcome mat for the porch to keep your house clean? Jeremy did and it was symbolic of his care and honor. His free safety inspection was outstanding and repairs got us a big discount from our insurance. Great competence and a great guy.

I have nothing but good things to say. Thomas Francis, the electricIan did an excellent job, working diligently to get everything done from the minute he arrived. He encountered a number of problems with faulty electric wiring in this older home and was able to remedy each situation. He carefully explained the work he was doing. A very pleasant, professional and good-natured young man. Five stars all around.

Tucker was very pleasant, on time and efficient as well as being very quick to discover the cause of the problem of lost power to about half the house, including the HVAC unit (a bad underground main line into the house) which I had not suspected. In addition he waited with us until SCE&G arrived to explain what was going on and answer any questions they might have of same. The underground line was replaced in about 2 hours, restoring power to all the house.

I thought Jeremy did a great job. He was patient in explaining things to me and then repeating them to my son. He cleaned up afterwards and did not leave a mess. Even the cable man that talked to Jeremy briefly stated he was a nice guy. I do have two complaints. We called an electrician when we tripped the hot water heater breaker switch and sparks flew. Jeremy tried, but could not get it fixed. I also think your company is too high with your prices. Again, Jeremy was great and deserves a 5*.

Excellent service. Thorough and very competent. Representative was professional and very accommodating. I very much appreciated the time and experience he gave to the situation. However, pricing was way out of my accommodations. But this does not deter from the overall experience of this gentleman and his care and concern. I simply cannot afford this estimate. bjv

He was great! He showed up right on time! He was very nice, and super knowledgable! I didn't realize what I needed in order to fix the heat because of an electrical problem, Thomas Francis found that part of the heating problem did not need all of the electric work required , so he didn't charge me the full amount. He did the job quickly and was very respectful of my home! Everything was completely covered up during the job, and there was not a trace of him having been here when he left, except the great work done. Not only will I be using him again, but I would absolutely recommend him to any friend who needs electric work.
