The service rep (John Parent) was very friendly and did an outstanding job fixing my drain blockage problem as well as replacing a burst frost-free faucet at the front of my house. Arrived when promised. Explained options well. Removal and Installation completed w/o any issues. Work area cleaned at completion. Very professional. Answered all of our questions. It was also nice having the added benefit of knowing and having a picture of employee who was assigned to our service request. Great Job!

John himself did a fine job and I was pleased with his work. I felt as if the price of $505 to do the install of the disposal and faucet was quite frankly extremely high. The job took about 2 hours which comes out to $250/hour. That’s quite a nice labor rate. I’m not sure that I can afford schuler in the future.

The service technician did a fine job, but my problem is with the quality of the unit you sold me. I still don't understand why the same size hot water heater (50 gal.) new tank only provides enough hot water to fill my walk-in tub HALF WAY when my 25-year old tank could fill it up to your shoulders before we ran out of hot water. The two elements tested ok and he increased the thermostat, but it still only fills up half way. I realize these tubs hold a lot of water, but if my old tank could handle it, why can't the new tank?
