As in previous years, Patriot Soft Wash did an excellent job of washing our pool deck and cleaning our lawn furniture. Everything seems so fresh and clean when we walk outside and the clean lawn furniture is the best!

Michael Avens from Patriot SoftWash did an outstanding job today cleaning the wood siding on our house, the garage door, eaves, mold off of gutters, patio, front porch and driveway. Our house looks like we have a new paint job. This is a wonderful company to deal with. They are professional and have wonderful customer service.

Very pleased with service. Arrival was on time. Detailed explanation on tasks to be completed were throughly explained. After explanation and after I was given a chance to review the work completed, I was always asked if I had any questions or if I needed further information. The workers were prepared and very respectful.

I had them clean 3 large HOA entrance signs and about 20 columns. The final job looked great. Initially, they had not completed a few of the columns, but once notified, Jim had his team out the next afternoon, fixed them right up, and made sure I was happy with the job. I recommend them.

This is much more than just power washing. It’s SMART-washing. The exterior of my home looks new again. Even the windows are clean. The crew is professional, respectful and thorough. They don’t just turn a hose loose on the house. They planned their approach, switched out equipment and cleansers for the specific area, and repeated cleaning until they were satisfied. I’m super impressed how much effort they put into this job today and how well it turned out. They cleaned everything up afterward. Honestly, this was one of the easiest home improvements I’ve undertaken. Everything beginning with the quote and scheduling was a breeze. I’m excited that it turned out so well.
