Looks like the pool may need some water. If it needs water there is a hose hooked up to a faucet with a timer next that can be used to add additional water if needed. In addition the pool Motor is making a strange sound

Hi, would it be possible not to trash the leaves into the recycling bin? Either use the regular trash, the compost pile or just the grass. Anything is fine except the large bin labeled "recycling only"

Service is always great but this is a rental, and I rely heavily on seeing the pictures after you're done. There was no picture that popped up after this service, only a black square where the picture normally is. I know this is probably not the service technicians fault, so please don't blame him for this review. Other than that, you guys always doa great job. Thanks!

it seems like I get a different guy every week and that’s OK if they know what they’re doing, but our pool has a yellow ring around it again for the third time and he was just here today. I understand about the pollen blah blah blah, but he was just here. I need to make sure this pool is brushed down every week.

I am paying $175/month for the highest level of care including weekly tile scrubbing and filter cleaning. Our pool tile has DEFINITELY NOT BEEN SCRUBBED IN WEEKS. And our pool filter is packed with leaves to the point of breaking. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

This technician has been servicing my pool for quite some time. The past few visits he has left the pool on service mode! The prevents the pool coming back on. I have been way and fortunately a friend came by and noticed. Please inform your technicians to check the panel before leaving.
