I had contacted your office and asked for the serviceman to bring a replacement auto fill shutoff as mine was leaky. I was here all morning today and never saw him arrive although you claimed to perform routine maintenance. What time did he arrive.

There were leaves all over the bottom of the pool. So it obviously was not vacuumed if it had been vacuumed the leaves that we saw in there. This morning, when I got up would have been in the skimmer basket, the skimmer basket was clean. I saw the hose was carried in and carried out. But it apparently was not used. Fortunately, I am here this week to take care of it. Before our next verbo guests arrive. However, since I normally have guests in here, I expect the pool to be well maintained, including vacuumed as needed to eliminate any leaves that were left in the bottom of the pool or dirt is left in the bottom of the pool. I believe you did use the brush to brush things down.But that does not help get rid of the ugly leaves laying on the bottom of the pool, which if left there will stain the bottom. Leaving those kind of leaves in for my guests would probably get me a negative review, which would be the first negative review.We have ever gotten in three years with verbo guest. Please do better. I believe your service is advertised as checking and adding chemicals as needed. Vacuuming skimming the surface and brushing the walls as needed, periodically cleaning the filter and quarterly cleaning the salt cell. I don't believe you can accomplish those things in the eight to twelve minutes.That you normally spend on the property. In addition, when we arrived at the house on Sunday, the pump was starving for water. Because the strainer basket had a bunch of leaves in it and the heater did not have enough flow to light up and keep the pool warm.So we came home to a cold pool.

I have a continuous issue with black algae, for the past month plus! Two different “supervisors/managers” have been to my house and the problem is still A PROBLEM!!! My pool was “treated” on Wednesday and I checked my pool chemicals today, zero, that’s “0” chlorine. Not to mention anything in the pool to get rid of the black algae. Not pleased

I am not sure if the repair was unsuccessful or if the weekly cleaning adjusted something, is the latter then I will adjust the satisfaction stars. The pool is still filling up. This is wasteful, expensive, and taxing on our time. I would like to hear back from Pool Troopers sooner than later.

Shouldn’t you note that the pump is missing in your service report? I am replacing the motor. I asked your company for an estimate and was told it would be an extra $150 just to look at it - and that it was not part of my normal service.

Our pool water dramatically lowered today. Up inspection the pool pump filter was off and laying on the ground. Please check with your tech and ask if he did anything with the pool filter. We need to know if was his mistake or random vandalism.
