Edrei is very knowledge, he knows his stuff! He arrived quickly determined the problem within minutes and resolved it quickly. He then went the extra mile by fixing a pipe that had a small crack which would have caused problems Duran the road. Great job, Edrei!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. While my issue was not immediately resolved due to a non compatible purification system from what the company normally services the technician tested the water and confirmed the unit is working properly although the display no longer is visible. The technician did say the company would try to source a new circuit board.

Wow….. Edrei was our installer. Extremely impressed with his knowledge and the streamlined installation process! He was very friendly, provided advice and was open to installation ideas I had. Our installation was just completed in a timely manner on 12/17/24. We couldn’t be more happy with Jim (Sales) and Edrei (installation)! One days notice and they had the whole house and RO system for the kitchen installed….. Great work guys!

This is the best company to install watersystems. Jim is so personable and is not a salesman at all. He is honest and very knowlegable. Installation was a breeze and he was even kind enough to come back and explain everything about the system and how to change the filters. The job was completed when we were told it would be without any issues. The water is amazing, so clean and fresh We will definitely recommend Joe Water to anyone looking for water systems.

Edrei came out and installed my system today (12/04/2024). He was proficient and answered all my questions. The water is looking clean in the tank. I guess it will be about one more day before it flushes my lines for me to notice the difference. I will be ack with a new review in a couple of days.
