Based on his explanation, an additional maintenance service was performed. I have used Patterson Water for over 10 years, and have always be pleased with their services. Luc, the Technician from Patterson's Water and Plumbing, was VERY pleasant and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing and explained what he was doing, as he did it, and why. I appreciated that he did not try to create a bigger problem than what we had, essentially, NOT trying to kill an ant with a sledgehammer, as the saying goes.
