I was very pleased with the service I received today for my water system maintenance and new filter replacement. Jeremiah was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Based on his explanation, an additional maintenance service was performed. I have used Patterson Water for over 10 years, and have always be pleased with their services. Would recommend to anyone looking for that type of maintenance for their water system

Luc, the Technician from Patterson's Water and Plumbing, was VERY pleasant and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing and explained what he was doing, as he did it, and why. I appreciated that he did not try to create a bigger problem than what we had, essentially, NOT trying to kill an ant with a sledgehammer, as the saying goes. We are QUITE pleased with Luc and Patterson's. and recommend them highly to others seeking remedies for plumbing issues. -----Randy in Monroe, NJ

I do not understand why the tank was not put in the garage when it was installed. It does not make sense to move it in and out of the garage for each season change.
