Best Virginia went above and beyond yet again with this new install. This is the 4th new install I have had the pleasure of working with these folks and each time is amazing. The cleanliness, professionalism and just quality of work is unparalleled. Carter Bentley was super easy to work with on the day of install, as I was out of town and everything went smoothly. John Caruthers is so helpful each and every time! To say I highly recommend them is an understatement! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Very knowledgable, was determined to resolve the issue! Our problem was a result of a tiny part being installed upside down during production. Caleb is also very patient and took his time in explaining how the new thermostat and system works.( New system is SO different from our old one). Truly appreciate him and the company he works for! #bestvirginia

Mr.Nance was awesome!! Very nice and polite and very knowledgeable about what was needed to be done. Very professional and thorough. Would def recommend Mr. Nance and Best Virginia to take care of all your HVAC needs.

Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Josh And Gregory were very professional and very good at explaining anything you asked about their products and service. I would recommend Best Virginia for all your heating and cooling needs.

Isaac was very respectful, professional and personable. He explained everything in great detail and showed me pictures of my old filter and the new one when he replaced it. Great customer service! Five stars!!!

A Family member had Ryan get in touch with me due to the fact that we were having some issues with our HVAC & wanted to get a second opinion on what was going on with it. He sent Matt out the next day to check our system. Matt was very thorough ,took pictures ,videos and went over everything with us. Ryan came by and helped us find the system that would work for us and within our budget. He sent Jacob and Zack out the next day and the guys had it installed within a few hours. Everyone that we encountered in the process was very professional ,knowledgeable and friendly.. I will definitely recommend Best Virginia to anyone who is in need of HVAC repair.

Griffin was punctual, polite and professional. He was attentive to any concerns or questions I had. I think surely he followed the company’s protocols in a skillful manner. He made me feel comfortable that any concerns I had with heating would be resolved. I also noticed that he was mentoring a new employee and was doing a great job in communicating. He is a positive reflection of Best Virginia.

We asked for a service call for our heating system and Caleb was the technician who came to our home. He was friendly, thorough, and answered all of our questions. In my opinion, he is someone who would go above and beyond to help when needed. Thank you for providing great service.

Justin was quick to get to my house in a timely manner and let me know when he was on his way. Very polite and efficient and did a fantastic job. He replaced my thermostat and performed a maintenance check and went over everything he was doing in detail. A great experience, for sure.

I’ve seen the commercials touting customer service and, since service matters a great deal to me, I called.
From start to finish…the after hours operator (yes, she stood out, too) then Tyler, Robert, Steve and Chappy…each was lights-out exceptional.
I asked how they like working for Best Virginia and, no surprise, they do. It shows. While they didn’t use the word “culture,” everything they mentioned was a result of a strong one.
Bravo.
