Great, fast diagnosis and repair by Tyler of my Trane furnace. From initial call cold furnace to replacement board invoice Tyler gave professional communication and helped my understand options for furnace replacement. Furnace world has my trust as an ethical company with integrity. Quality customer service is memorable and valuable.

Korey called that he was on his way. He arrived right on the dot of his estimated arrival time. Korey had all of the equipment that he needed. He listened to my description of the problem. He worked on the furnace. I had a description of what he had found. He asked if he could change my furnace filter, I said yes, he got my new filter installed. Everything was running well when he left. My furnace is running well and I was warm before the hour was up!
I highly recommend him to repair the furnace, no matter how old it is.

Tyler contacted me for an early arrival, yeah!! He was very thorough isolating the problem to the Thermostat missing the W 1 heat signal while the controller was looking for both the W1 & W2 heat signals. In the process he clear the stuck relay and the thermostat was working again. Still replacing the +15 year old Honeywell Thermostat. I just love that he takes the time to explain what is happening. Thank you again Tyler you are a SUPER Tech!!!

Seth arrived 45 Minutes early after calling to advise of the availability. Awesome communication. He had reviewed and discussed my systems historical repairs with his teammates. Great preparation, exactly what a true professional would do. His thorough trouble shooting exposed some possible complex issues that required additional resources. He knew who to coordinate with and the team supported him. Tyler assisted and had the exact test equipment need to verify the issues and also understood this 23/24 year old technology. They adjusted the furnace and corrected the equipment installation issues after doing the due diligence to verifying some very peculiar instrument readings. I can not say enough compliments to explain the outstanding professional HVAC expertise these gentlemen have and utilize to correct my furnace issues. Thank you to the entire Furnace World Team. I will be a customer recommending this team to all of my friends and family!

I had an appointment for 8 a.m. today. George showed up just a few minutes after 8 a.m. What a surprise that was! When other companies say the maintenance/repair person will be there between 8 and noon, I might see them around 11:34 !! I was very surprised at his promptness. Simple and easy questions as we walked to the crawl space entrance. George went right to work. No wasted time at all. I am very pleased to have had my furnace and A/C taken care of by George. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. I highly recommend Furnace World and all of their technicians! Give them a call. You won't regret it!

Seth arrived today right on time. I had a complaint about a loud bang noise when the furnace turned on. He did a great job of maintenance on both the furnace and the AC. All is well and I am a warm and happy camper again! Thank you Seth!

Rick carefully evaluated our needs and expectations to replace an aged R-22 AC unit and quickly recommended three options to choose from during the site visit.
