I highly recommend Better Built HVAC!!! As luck would have it, my air conditioning went out on a Friday evening just before a hot weekend. I could not get an answer from the company I’ve been using for 5 years (and who called me back on Saturday morning saying their emergency fee would be $130 or I could wait until Monday). Thanks but no thanks! On Saturday morning I was referred to Better Built by a friend. They answered the phone immediately and amazingly had a technician to my house within 30 minutes … with NO emergency fee! Unfortunately, being a weekend, they did not have the parts needed and the warehouse was closed until Monday … but they picked up the parts early Monday morning and were at my house before 10 AM. Within a half hour, Luke had me up and running and took the time to answer all my questions. I am so impressed with Luke and with the owners, Ken and Melanie. Other companies I called prior to finding them only had answering services or voicemail on the weekend. But Better Built epitomizes 24/7 service, and it was clear they truly cared. I am recommending them to ALL of my friends, and I look forward to an ongoing relationship with them! 5 stars is not enough! Thank you, Better Built, from the bottom of my heart!

From a friend’s recommendation, we called Better Built for a 2nd opinion to why our AC fan wouldn’t turn on. So incredibly grateful we did! Levi & Luke took excellent care of us & saved us $22k after another “reputable company” told us we needed a new furnace & AC earlier this week (AAA said our furnace had excessive damage due to poor installation + our AC needed new sensor & fan motor). Today, Luke did a quick inspection & found the furnace electrical had a disconnected wire. Once reconnected, the AC fan started right up & the HVAC system is running great. We are so grateful for Luke & Levi’s integrity, team work, HVAC knowledge, problem solving & communication style; we signed on with their maintenance plan as a result! Glad to learn about this family-owned business and look forward to working with them here on out!

Levi was kind and professional working to find our furnace problem. He explained what he was doing as he worked and was able to get our furnace working again at a very fair price. We would call them again if needed.

I’ve been with Better built HVAC since 2019 when we moved from our house to our current house. They fixed up our old house and then when we moved into our new house we put in a new system and I’ve been with them ever cents. Happy to work with Levi And his team.
