My central A/C unit went and I contracted with Grasshopper to replace it. EVERYONE I spoke with and worked with during this process was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The customer service is amazing and I am so grateful for the positive experience.

Chris and Noah did absolutely excellent replacing our old boiler and water heater with a new "combo" unit.They were professional and efficient, but also very personable, and patient with all questions. Their skills with the electrical, hydraulic, and physical systems - even a bit of carpentry and masonry work - were absolutely top notch, and watchimg the.complex system come together was impressive. Unexpected complications never phased them, and they went above and beyond to restore the heat as the weather was bitter. I truly hope Grasshopper Heating and Cooling appreciates Chris and Noah as much as we now do, and recognizes how much their professional approach and customer interaction really uplift the whole job. I very highly recommend their service.
