Bergeron Mechanical has serviced our environmental control systems for many years and this time around they did the same quality job as service visits in the past....that is, a business call that was efficient, effective, safety oriented, and with great sensitivity to our home and our need for personal safety and security. These guys clearly do an excellent job services the gear that they are commissioned to service at out request.

Jason was here at the designated time. Jason explained the process prior to starting and was willing to answer questions not only prior to starting but as I came up with more along the way. He was comfortable allowing me to take pictures as he worked. (I like being able to do that for my documenting the completion of my home.) He was very present and personable. He seemed to really know what he was doing and even verified a few things (especially specific wiring), which made me very comfortable in trusting him.

Jason provided a orientation for our mini split units. We not only learned about the optimal way to run our units but about all the options, if we choose to utilize any of them. We also heard about the filters and how to clean then and how to determine when they needed cleaning. We were very pleased that Bergeron sent Jason to provided our orientation.

Thanks for coming to install the circuit board yourself when your tech was called away to another job. After 2-months of no heat and temperatures getting down in the teens at night, I get nervous relying on space heaters to keep the pipes from freezing. Great extra effort!

Firstly, a huge thank you to Nils and Jay for installing our new mini split system in our son’s room, re routing of old condensate line and re-insulating old refrigerant lines. The work was completed seamlessly with consideration for our home. A very professional and clean job done, and Jay gave us very comprehensive and clear instructions on how to use and maintain our systems.

I am pleased with the finished product looks and function . The 3 individuals worked together well . They were well equipped tools and stock . I am retired (a little over 7 years ) and a disabled veteran . I worked for 50 years give or take so I recognize competent workmanship all three deserve an ataboy hope none of them were annoyed by my looking over there shoulders and asking questions . My wife yelled at me several times to get out of the way Job well done Mike Chase

Jason and Adam did an excellent job today. They were on time; they installed a Mitsubishi floor unit, and they left the room and the outside spotless. They explained the controller to me and tested the unit before they left. I give them the highest ratings!

Wow, Eric is very very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. As a first time customer, My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with his thorough yet easy to understand explanations of our heating system and how to best use it. Highly recommend the Bergeron folks!
