Very Professional. Said right away that it was not a plumbing problem. That was a relief. Told me exactly what had happened to the walls and floor. Didn't believe there was any mold. Explained what need to be done to correct situation. Marked outside wall where needed to be repaired. Will recommend your company to others. Received both payment receipt and description with pictures of wall and floor inside as well as pictures of outside wall and windows. I will forward this to insurance company. Thank you.

Todd is so experienced! He found out the reason of water leaking very fast and explained why it happened. And he gave very good suggestion on what to do the next step. At last, he didn't charge us because he said the reason was too obvious. This was the second time I asked for help from ALD, and always happy. ALD is always my first choice for any water problem in the house.

Dave was polite and professional, and on time. Dave explained what he would be doing, and why another method would not work (our continuous leak is very weak, so the Nitrogen method would not detect the leak). Dave did mention a possible solution for our leak, and we will try it.

Communication prior to technician arriving was excellent. Dan arrived on time went right to work. He explained all he was doing as he went along. He checked all areas, found and repaired the leak. When finished he covered all he had done with me. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Very satisfied with our ALD experience.
