I was disappointed he did not close the gate where the air conditioning - unit is and also he didn’t close the main gate to the to the fence. he did not set the temperature on the thermostat the way I had it. He had the temperature set really really cold for now and then he changed the temperature for the winter but anytime I’ve had anybody come here. They always said it the way I have it. I don’t know what happened with this gentleman. He was a real nice gentleman, but some things were not done properly.

Fabian Reyes is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything re air conditioning . He also spends extra time explaining what needs to be done to remedy problem. Peter serviced my AC. I had questions regarding sounds I heard when the heater came on. He worked on finding out what it was. He adjusted a component and made suggestions to help my AC work better. He also mentioned the ducts were old and needs to be replaced, which would help with the AC. Peter was professional, friendly, and did a Great Job!

Stephen was great! We had a chemical smell coming from the downstairs vents when the A/C ran. He inspected the air handler and compressor and didn’t find anything. What he did do was re-tape the seams that the service tech had failed to do in October after our annual service! Stephen was great but this is the third time we have had to have follow up after an annual service; not sure if we are continuing with Caldeco based on this trend.
