Just routine maintenance, but the tech did an outstanding job. He was very thorough and explained everything he did. He was definitely here to do the job correctly, not to just get in and out.

Very happy with the installation of my new A/C Unit. Jorge, Rafael and Ariel were very thorough and polite. Came in, described what they were going to do, got it done efficiently and afterwards took the time to review what they did, how to work the thermostat and review paperwork. Well done guys! This is why I go to Nuccio for all my HVAC needs!

As always Nuccio showed up just when they said they would had l the tools they needed to do job went right to work went over everything they were doing and when done cleaned up anything that need to be clean and all this with a smile Nucci is the best at doing what they say they will do THANKS

Always a pleasure when Mathieu comes to service our air conditioning unit very polite and explains everything he does. We’ve been with Nuccio since our house was built in 2006 wouldn’t want anyone else.

I’ve used Nuccio for 20 years and this routine service by Ronald was excellent like all the previous ones. I believe the yearly service is the reason our first unit lasted for 18 years. Ronald was also very pleasant and professional as all the previous technicians have been throughout the years.

Paul J. did an excellent job on both of my units this week. He would tell me what he was about to perform on each unit to make the unit run better and he also took pictures of everything that he was doing and at the end he reviewed all the pictures with me. We have used Nuccio for our A/C maintenance for years. Our Service Technician, Mathieu Schwarzen is outstanding. He is always professional, knowledgeable and very nice. He explains exactly what he has done. Since we started using Nuccio, we have had no issues with our A/C System. They provide outstanding A/C maintenance! Thank you Mathieu and Nuccio!

Matt arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. When he completed the maintenance. He took the time to fully explain what was done and the results. We will ask for him again when maintenance is needed.

Ron Nunez arrived within minutes of the appointment time. As always when Ron has been here he is very polite, very neat and uses his booties without being asked. I think Ron is always very thorough. I believe Ron represents Nuccio Heating and Air Conditioning perfectly.

He didn’t shut the water of to the house after using it, and the hose was running. I didn’t appreciate that. Every thing else was okay.
