Ronny represents your company well. He arrived after 4 on Mothers' Day and set to work diagnosing the source of our leak. For the next 3 to 4 hours, in the Florida heat, he dug our "marshy" side yard; located and repaired the leak; and replaced the dirt. He worked quickly and as neatly as possible. Despite the heat, the holiday, and the job he had to do; Ronny was pleasant the whole time that he was here.

Troy was exceptionally knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations. I even discovered more above and beyond after he left. I had dropped my toilet tank lid a couple of days before Troy arrived and a large piece of it broke off. I put the broken lid back on the tank and had placed the piece on the window sill. When I used the bathroom after Troy had departed, I found the lid in place on the toilet, with the broken piece expertly glued on. I had to look closely to see the hairline where it had broken. Awesome job all around and definitely exceeded my expectations.

Travis came on time to my house for matenance on ac unit. Travis was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Travis spent time checking the AC and had only one miner problem. Travis explained the problem and gave me a quote on the product and left it up to me if I wanted to replace item, there wasn't any pressure to sell me something. Thats why I live this company.
