Modern Plumbing is a great company that I been a client since I moved here in 2018. Past projects include: replace a water heater, replace garbage disposal, replace outside water main valve, and snake my home for a pipe blockage. This year I had Alfredo Lopez and his assistant Blake come and replace aging connectors on the sinks and the toilets, change out old washer connection, and re-build 2 toilets. Alfredo and Blake were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. At the time of the quote for the project, Alfredo presented a couple options to proceed with the replacements, he itemized the parts and overall cost for the project and then emailed me the quote. I appreciate the transparency and the great customer service.

Wyatt is a jewel! Quickly found the problem with our hybrid water heater, which turned out to be a needed replacement part. A whole lot better than our expected replacement of the entire water heater - and saved us thousands! A very nice young man with a lot of patience. Appreciated his service.

Chris at dispatch and Andrew, the technician were both very efficient and understanding of the problem our plumbing issue caused for my elderly mother. Top-notch service from Modern Plumbing’s Thomas Marshall! He expertly replaced the 13-year-old, 50-gallon water heater in our garage and provided necessary information on the new unit. He also replaced the aging pvc main shutoff valve and pressure relief valve at the exterior of our home, replacing the worn-out pvc/plastic with functional brass and steel parts. He also inspected all the plumbing fixtures in our home, and made helpful adjustments. At the finish, he thoroughly cleaned the work areas and hauled off the old equipment. Overall, Thomas’ service was knowledgeable and professional. I would use Modern Plumbing and Thomas again.

Caleb replaced our complete set of shower knobs. During the estimate, he said since this is an older home, there may be a problem getting the stems away from the 36 year old pipes. Worst case senerio…we may need to gain bigger access by cutting out a section of drywall. Fortunately, he worked patiently (finding a specialty tool) to avoid that extra cost which saved us about $600.00 and a big mess! We highly recommend Caleb, refreshing to work with a smart, friendly professional!!!

We had a sewer odor coming from our laundry room which made my wife ill. I called Modern Plumbing and they were able to provide same day appointment. Caleb Callin, the technician, arrived as scheduled, quickly assessed the situation, provided several service options for us to consider, as best as he could prior to the start of billing. He found the likely cause, made the necessary repairs. Cost of repair was very reasonable. I would trust them again. We have used Modern before and both times met with professional and courteous technicians. Caleb treated wife and I with utmost respect and helped us decide on the least costly repair choice.
