Caleb replaced our complete set of shower knobs. During the estimate, he said since this is an older home, there may be a problem getting the stems away from the 36 year old pipes. Worst case senerio…we may need to gain bigger access by cutting out a section of drywall. Fortunately, he worked patiently (finding a specialty tool) to avoid that extra cost which saved us about $600.00 and a big mess! We highly recommend Caleb, refreshing to work with a smart, friendly professional!!!

We had a sewer odor coming from our laundry room which made my wife ill. I called Modern Plumbing and they were able to provide same day appointment. Caleb Callin, the technician, arrived as scheduled, quickly assessed the situation, provided several service options for us to consider, as best as he could prior to the start of billing. He found the likely cause, made the necessary repairs. Cost of repair was very reasonable. I would trust them again. We have used Modern before and both times met with professional and courteous technicians. Caleb treated wife and I with utmost respect and helped us decide on the least costly repair choice. Taylor, with Modern Plumbing Industries, has replaced several fixtures and toilets in our house. He arrives at the scheduled time, works diligently, and leaves the area where he completed the work very clean. He showed me the breakdown of the costs for the services before starting, so there were no surprises in the final bill. The prices for the work he performed were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Modern Plumbing Industries, and particularly Taylor, for and necessary plumbing work.

Great service, knowledge and personable plumbers. I have used Modern Plumbing to replumb my house, as well as my son's house. Their office staff are always friendly and do their best to accommodate clients in emergency services. We had a broken pipe connection beneath the slab inside our house requiring that the floor marble is tile and concrete slab be opened up.The first thing they did was set up a barrier and lay down tarps to keep the dust contained. It wasn’t an easy task & took several hours of hard labor but Rusty and the other gentleman did a very professional job. This is the 2nd such job they’ve done for us and we were pleased both times.
