Zack was great! He took time to figure everything out. When he needed parts that he didn’t have he went and got them. I had a weird, loud sound after I flushed about 4 days after he was here so the came back and said it was an adjustment to one part that was probably his fault. He fixed it in about 5 minutes but made me flush it about 5 times to make sure it was ok. He didn’t change me at all for that visit. Zack was thorough, honest and polite. I would certainly recommend him!

Modern Plumbing has been taking care of our home for many years. The house was built in 1894 and has a mix of cast iron, copper and newer plumbing. They are always quick to respond to our emergency calls! Just this week our tankless water heater was knocked out by a lightning strike. They replaced the damaged control board the same day that we called. They always go above and beyond.

Modern Plumbing is a great company that I been a client since I moved here in 2018. Past projects include: replace a water heater, replace garbage disposal, replace outside water main valve, and snake my home for a pipe blockage. This year I had Alfredo Lopez and his assistant Blake come and replace aging connectors on the sinks and the toilets, change out old washer connection, and re-build 2 toilets. Alfredo and Blake were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. At the time of the quote for the project, Alfredo presented a couple options to proceed with the replacements, he itemized the parts and overall cost for the project and then emailed me the quote. I appreciate the transparency and the great customer service.

Chris at dispatch and Andrew, the technician were both very efficient and understanding of the problem our plumbing issue caused for my elderly mother. Top-notch service from Modern Plumbing’s Thomas Marshall! He expertly replaced the 13-year-old, 50-gallon water heater in our garage and provided necessary information on the new unit. He also replaced the aging pvc main shutoff valve and pressure relief valve at the exterior of our home, replacing the worn-out pvc/plastic with functional brass and steel parts. He also inspected all the plumbing fixtures in our home, and made helpful adjustments. At the finish, he thoroughly cleaned the work areas and hauled off the old equipment. Overall, Thomas’ service was knowledgeable and professional. I would use Modern Plumbing and Thomas again.
