I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I was charged an additional $500 because the original service was not properly assessed, which led to the AC system freezing over. For a company the size of Veterans, correctly identifying that the unit uses an electric heat strip rather than a gas pump should be basic due diligence, not an oversight that gets passed back to the customer. What made this worse was the follow-up call. Tony, who took the call, had a clear opportunity to escalate the issue to someone with the authority to resolve it appropriately, and chose not to. As a result, I was left paying twice for a mistake that originated with their team. I expected a higher level of professionalism, accountability, and customer advocacy. AC companies are a dime a dozen, and experiences like this make it easy to keep looking.

Service guy did great , but over booked , have to come back and finish tomorrow, so half done , whereas if completed today could have had inspection and kept job moving. Also. Your an electric company there’s way too much AI involved in this process stop paying for that service. Put it into the company in different ways whether it’s raises for your guys too many emails and too many text messages. In the construction industry we don’t need emails and texts. We need assholes and elbows working. We don’t need surveys you’re a licensed electrical contractor. Just do the job. But you won’t change you’re stuck in the American way. If somebody wants to complain, they’ll just call the office. Don’t need a survey for this. This AI service is a waste of your money.

Quoted job including installing outlet under house for sump pump and dehumidifier - space is tight but very clean and sealed. Stated they could not get under house, which two decent size guys were under there sealing and installing the pump and humidifier. Did not want to do that part of job so refunded small amount. Puts me in a position of try to get someone else out to do a very small job. Would not have given the larger part to them in the beginning if they were going to renege on completing the entire job. I will not use them nor recommend them.

Pool service man came out twice to fix a pool air leak. Both times it looked fixed but he didn’t understand what was happening. He bled off the filter tank so the leak appeared to stop. But about 8 or more minutes the air refilled the tank and past thru to the pool jets. 150 bucks for nothing.

I think I can tell when a company really wants to do the right thing for their customers. I feel that way about Hawkins. But, in practice, with the replacement of a gas pipe at my house, it has been one misstep after another that has lasted since early November. I don't see how the company could have profited by this project. Perhaps it was due to a somewhat unorthodox installation (that I was perfectly comfortable with, by the way). I'm not angry at all, and I don't want to demean you with a public uncomplimentary rating. Someone who really cares can call me on my home phone. Bob Larose.

In November 2024 we paid Hawkins $21,000 to have every single piece of our pool equipment replaced after losing it all in the hurricanes. Unfortunately the hot tub jets and lights are not working properly. The gentleman above, Austin, could not figure out was wrong. Today we received several invoices for thousands of dollars of new Hayward equipment after Kris just installed all new Jandy equipment. What is going on? Please advise 513-702-4712

Dean was a wonderful person to see when my pool developed problems. He was able to explain to me, in terms I understood, how he would correct the problems with my pool equipment. He's a great technician who answered all my questions, and I had many, in a language I could understand. He's a great representative of the company he wors for.

We have used Hawkins for almost 5 years as they helped build our pool. They have serviced our gas, electric and equipment issues many times. The service is always outstanding and I HIGHLY recommend Hawkins as a truly full service company able to fix ANYTHING!!!

This was my first time working with Hawkins. And guess what? It won’t be the last time! My technician Ron was phenomenal. He explained thoroughly what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what options were available. I appreciated his expertise and customer service skills. Hawkins pool repair service provided thorough and timely repair to our saltwater pool. Dean easily diagnosed the problem with the system, explained it to us in clear terms, and presented our options for repair. He did not push or rush us to make a decision, but once we did, he quickly started the process of repair. Dean and Austin completed the repair job, making sure we completely understood what was taking place. Dean reached out after a couple days to make sure everything was working well and that we were satisfied with the repair. I would highly recommend Hawkins Pool Service, and give Dean and Austin the highest marks!

Dean did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem with the pool heater ‐ rat's nest - damaged wiring & circuit board. New heater needed. Austin did an excellent job on the installing of the replacement heater - a Janey Jxi 260. Excellent workmanship. Thank you.

Kris came out to fix my pool/spa return. He diagnosed the problem in a minute, got the correct part and installed it. Explained everything thoroughly to me. I couldn’t ask for a better service or more professionalism, especially on a Friday late afternoon! Hawkins is a great company, and.Kris is a FABULOUS professional. Will definitely be calling again if I have more repairs needed on my pool.
