I wasn't there when Steven did the installation. When I saw the installation later, everything was very neat and tidy. And all of the closet contents had been returned to their original places. Steve was very patient and explanatory on the phone, and had a very pleasant and accommodating manner. 5 Stars!!

I've used Pro Plumbing for the last 4 years - never been disappointed. I would suggest joining their Pro membership Club - the discounts on service calls are worth it. I'm president of our condo HOA - I use PP for the whole building as well as my unit.

First of all thank you to Professional Plumbing for the fast response to our plumbing need. I called at 10:30 in the morning and they were able to send someone at 1:00 that day. They sent Benjamin who was professional, knowledgable, thorough and he completely handled the problem for us.
We would call and request Benjamin again if we ever have a plumbing problem. I highly recommend Professional Plumbing without any reservation.

Rachel from Professional Plumbing called to let me know that Mike could get to my house a couple of hours earlier than my scheduled appointment which was great. He arrived on time, quickly determined what was happening, corrected it and stayed until he was sure my problem was resolved. Great service from Professional Plumbing, as always.

The tech was on time, actually a little early as he checked to see if it was okay. He checked out the problem as it was going to have to be replaced and recommended what manufacturers to look at to find what I liked . He said to ask that I call when I have the replacement put in.

Ben was at my house today and was able to figure out that I needed a new water heater
He was very knowledgeable very organized, courtesy and explained everything very good it was a sure pleasure dealing with Ben and Professional Plumbing. I would recommend them to everyone.
