I was thoroughly pleased with my Badger Bob and their representative, Guido. He gave my AC the most thorough cleaning and assessment that I have ever had with any other HVAC company. I had a lot of questions about maintenance which he politely answered. All in all, I would heartily recommend Guido with Badger Bob.

Great service from the tech when he finally got to my home. Your problem is your dispatch department. They changed my appointment 4 times without ever calling or notifying me. I took off the whole afternoon to find out they rescheduled me for late afternoon which I wouldn’t needed to take off for. I did talk to Jason your service manager and he said you guys are fully aware of your problem in dispatch. No communication, you really need to fix it.

John was great - very thorough and willing to answer any questions I had. My only complaint is my appointment was set for 8-10 am and John didn't arrive until 11:15; seems like fewer appointments should be set for each block of time so technicians arrive timely. Customer service should do better in scheduling appointments, keeping us informed and the call center needs to improve. Yesterday they told me my appt was between 9:30-10:30 and when no one showed up by 10:45 they told me I didn't have an appointment. I then figured out how to get in touch with a local person who was very informed.

David was very knowledgeable, personable and professional while addressing our needs!! We will definitely request him the next time the need arises! We have used Badger Bob since 2013 and are never disappointed !

Max was polite and professional. He completed his service of our air conditioning system in a timely manner. He put on shoe coverings when he came in the house, which is a big plus in my wife's book!

To Whom It May Concern: This morning I had an appointment with Badger Bob's Service for my Air Conditioning System. It was their first maintenance visit and I must say it was a pleasure to meet Steven Damron (service tech.) He was very respectful and knowledgeable and assured me that all was fine and working well. My wife and I are new in Florida and about a month ago my A/C stopped working. We called the number on the outside unit which connected us with Badger Bob's Service. We are happy to have them as our go-to A/C repair company. Thank you, guys. See you in six months.

We are so happy with Badger Bob, no matter what we need done. They are very sincere and know what they are doing. We had them for our refrigerator, freezer, and today plumbing. Chris was absolutely wonderful. Thanks BB.

The service tech, Kevin W., was great and very professional. The phone service (which seems to be largely overseas operators) and scheduling process was pretty miserable.

I had my AC checked by this very personable, confident young man. He called 15 minutes or so before he came to warn me when he arrived he introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. I was very pleased with his work in the amount of time it took him to do it. I also received all the pictures that he took of each step, which was very impressive 70%. I would definitely use Badger Bob’s again and I would recommend them highly. I would also highly recommend the young man who did the check up.

Carlos was outstanding! Friendly, well-spoken, very helpful! But the process leading up to that was a disappointment. Got an email couple of days ago, no time listed. Called Sunday, she told me 9 - 10. Called at 10:30 today, got an answering machine that did not identify as Badger Bob. Called back 10 minutes later, he said i was scheduled between 10-2.

Jake was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues I was having even though it was a late appointment. He was very professional, nice and completed the job very quickly. If I need electrical work completed again, I will definitely utilize Badger Bobs again and request Jake for the job. The service I received and the company's dedication to help customers deserves more than 5 stars that I could give.
