I had a leaky bathtub faucet and called Lindstrom for plumbing service. Kris Walter (LIND23) was sent to our home. He arrived on time; had a face mask on the entire time & used his shoe covers to come in/out of the house. He made the repair without any issues, and I no longer have a leak! Sammie is just the best, he is a real asset to Lindstrom Air - as someone who has had some patchy experiences with AC service men Sammie turned my feelings of dread and apprehension into pure relief. He was kind, courteous, made me feel comfortable and explained what he could do for me very clearly. Even my kitty cat loved him so he is welcome to work in my home anytime and I will definitely call him when I am ready for a maintenance visit.

Jason took care of business very fast. gave quotes for New water heater and to replace piping and valve in quest bath. He had a protective mask on however, I noticed as he was leaving that he did not have COVID-19 protective gloves on. I did not question him because he already had touched all the fixtures and knobs. He was very professional and polite.
