For the most part they did a very good job. Very thorough with lots of rinsing especially on bushes. They covered bushes and then rinsed them well after removing the covers.
The helper needed to be cautioned about dragging the hoses through flower gardens. They did run out of water both from our well and water they brought but the house looks great and I am satisfied they did a good job,

I'm generally cranky about contractors: you get the smart guy during the estimate, and then semi-literate dudes show up and do a half-baked job. Superior Soft Wash was the opposite: everyone involved was professional, articulate, polite, and competent. They did a great job washing my house, answering all my questions, and responding to all of my concerns. Top notch.

I had left a message last week There is a stain on the rear deck which was not entirely removed. I just need to know if that is permanent and you guys are not able to do anything further ?

The team did an excellent job in treating and cleaning our home exteriors, roof and patio. We have used Superior Soft Wash in the past and the exteriors did not need any wash for 6 years. Highly recommend Superior Softwash!

The cleaning is mostly good, unfortunately there were rags left in our yard, a number of potted plants were moved off our deck and left in the yard and some plastic bags that were used to protect various electrical/internet boxes on the outside of the home were also not removed.

Michael and Alex did a great job today. They walked around with us first to make sure they were doing what we wanted. Then, once completed, they went again to be sure we were satisfied with the work. Very polite and good workers! Our house looks sparkling clean.

Michael and Gage did a very good job on the house, although there are streaks on the windows that were not present the last time the house was cleaned. However, it is noticeable on the deck that some areas under the table were not cleaned even though it is easily accessible, the grill and a very lightweight storage bin for cushions were not rotated out of the way so the deck underneath could be cleaned, and it is obvious that the window screens on the deck were not moved after cleaning which left the part of the deck behind them only partially cleaned. Prior to the work beginning, Stephen had assured us that these items would be moved as the deck was being cleaned.
