The work was done well and professionally. The deck looks as if it was just painted. Paul and Ron were knowledgeable in performing the work. However, the price is very high. I would have liked to pay about 15% less than the amount charged. Sukanya Venkatraman

We chose Soft Wash because the salesman assured us that it was much safer for the wooden deck and fence than a traditional powerwash. They explained that the price was much higher than other places because the equipment was gentler and safer for the wood as well as the chemicals. We opted to pay the additional cost because our deck and fence are relatively new. When we arrived home after the treatment, the wood had been bleached out to a gray/white color and the wood itself was stripped and scratched up. We are not even sure how to seal it so that it doesn’t show. The following morning some of the wood color did seem to be coming back. We are hoping that it will recover somewhat after it is fully dry.

Paul was great and worked hard all day w/o a break. However, the pressure of your equipment dislodged a few of the surrounding bricks to my concrete patio and walkway so I think you should warn clients of this possibility so that appropriate materials can be purchased in advance. Also, I believe Paul should have had help to move outdoor furniture and large flower/plants pots on my patio as it was noticed on the estimate date and an amount paid for such service. It was really too much for one person to handle. As a result Paul looked exhausted. Also, because it was a rainy day off and on, it is difficult to see the finished job until everything dries, and I noticed a few streaks on my patio today. I mentioned this to Ed today, and he said he would send someone to take a look as they pride themselves on a job well done. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing such services.

Upon arrival this morning, we walked around the house, confirming what the paperwork indicated what I wanted to be done, and he reviewed the process for doing each task and what I could expect. For the most part they did a very good job. Very thorough with lots of rinsing especially on bushes. They covered bushes and then rinsed them well after removing the covers. The helper needed to be cautioned about dragging the hoses through flower gardens. They did run out of water both from our well and water they brought but the house looks great and I am satisfied they did a good job,
