It had been almost 5 years since my roof was cleaned by the Maverick Soft Wash. Some black streaks appeared on my roof . Maverick made their 5 year guarantee good. Workers came to my home within a few days of my call requesting their services. I really appreciate a company that stands by their promise!

In the past, I hired ompanies with high pressure house washes that did a good job. I took a chance with Maverick Seal soft wash and amazed at the end result. We have not seen our house clean and bright as when we first moved in. The tech arrived on time, introduced themselves and at the end we work around the house. To my surprise, the techs wre professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Maverick Seal.

Please sweep up after spraying. I picked up piles of leaves and mulch that were sprayed off but left behind. I also picked up a trash bag full of debris that was left for me to discard.

They do a great job, show up on time, and are courteous. I think their process cleans better than a straight power wash, especially at getting off those black artillery fungus spots, and doesn't hammer the siding with too much pressure. We've used them twice now and there's just no reason to make a change.

I was very pleased with the outcome of my roof.
We’ve had a couple of rains & one area is still
Showing some mold. I’ll give it some more time.

The team that came out did a great job on the house washing. I wasn’t sure at first that it would work on the gutters but they are bright again and the house looks great.
