Matt Smith performed my scheduled maintenance today, which included hot water flush, checking all valves and drains, pouring drain cleaner down all drains, and even hand cleaned my garbage disposal rubber drain cover/ strainer. It was full of gunk, and he spent a good amount of time without me asking him to check it or clean it. He also tested my water, which proved the whole house water filter I bought last year from Matt, was doing it's job. He answered all my questions in detail and told me what to look for..I have been a Next Plumbing customer with their maintenance contract for years, and have recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

We are done with Next Plumbing. They are TOO EXPENSIVE. Plumbing has become unaffordable. Finding a handyman would be the better way. We have been with them for years and prices keep climbing. No credits for regular clients. They jack up the price, and include a discount. That doesn't work anymore. I would NEVER recommend NEXT plumbing.

He also found an error made by my prior plumber in installing a water heater and surely he saved me from having the pump burn out. Junior Conn was on time, very professional, and performed the task of putting the kitchen sink back in place again. Joe provided excellent customer plumbing service. First he dislodged something that caused my garbage disposal to malfunction. He provided a helpful tip for me to do, prior to leaving town, to keep the garbage disposal running smoothly. Second, Joe looked at my account online and proceeded to advise me of additional services covered by my 10 year warranty. Namely, Joe drained the hot water heater, tested the bathroom fixtures and cleaned the drains. He also cleaned the faucet aerators and this made a big improvement in one of the owner’s suite bathroom sink’s faucet. The water pressure improved and the hot water is available more readily. Joe cleaned up after his work and was polite and professional. I am very happy with the service and with my warranty. The visit was covered. Thank you. Sincerely, Lorraine Buckley
