We moved here in June, we used the pool service the previous owner used. We were NOT happy. We think they basically came and treated it but never cleaned it. We checked around and saw a lot of good reviews for The Better Pool guy and hired them to service our pool. Jack is our technician and he is amazing. Very very detailed and always patient with my many questions, He really takes time with my pool brushing it, cleaning the filter etc. He seems to take pride in what he does. We have noticed a big improvement around the edges of our pool since Jack started taking care of it. We are very impressed and would highly recommend Jack and The Better Pool Guy to service your pool.

What makes The Better Pool Guy Better, accountability to ethical practices, the customer, and direct supervision. Our technicians are constantly striving to do better by doing the right things, listening to the customer, and direct communications with supervision.

Jack is punctual, professional and informative. Any time we have questions he is quick to provide the correct answer. Our pool and equipment are kept clean and well maintained. Would fully recommend his services. Keep up the good work!!!
