I received a service call at 237 Highpoint W #C Delray Beach today. David Hanson gave me exceptional service. Cousins Air was recommended by Abe Matusof who is employed with Cutmore Builders. Response was same day. 2 technicians identified the issue quickly, made the repairs and went on their way. We had cool air. What could be batter?

Benito Carranza always does a very thorough job maintaining my central air conditioning unit. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and has a great outgoing personality. He answers all questions that I ask him with thorough and thoughtful answers. He is a great employee for Cousins Air to have!

I have been a customer of Cousins Air for the past several years. They have done my maintenance and also installed new equipment. All of the people I have dealt with from Jason in sales to Raul in installation to Jerry in service have been consummate professionals. On Tuesday I called Jason regarding inadequate cooling in one area of my house. He came to see me at noon on Wednesday and I had a new system installed by 2 pm on Thursday. Raul and his team are fantastic installers. Everything they are doing is well explained and executed. I would recommend Cousins to anyone requiring AC services

I used cousins to install my entire A/C system in my new build. Couldn’t be happier. Been in the home for less than a year. Had some warranty issues (minor)they were hear immediately. Also signed up for their service biannual service techs were excellent. One observation need to use drop clothes if needed gloves to eliminate finger prints and booties without having to ask and no parking in driveway eliminate oil leaks if any. Rating 10+. I would recommend cousins over all else.
