Cousins Air did my Carrier installation, and I continuously try to schedule service appointments with Benito. He is very knowledgeable about central air conditioning, and he always does a very thorough job inside and outside of my home. He is very thorough and politely answers any questions that I may have. I would not schedule with anybody else unless absolutely necessary.

Chris was great. He called on the way so I could unlock the door remotely. Then he called before he went in and I helped get him to the right unit. He quickly identified the problem and got it fixed. All this while I was 1100 miles away!! He was nice enough to check the second unit “just in case”. He called when leaving and the WiFi thermostat is back online telling me the system is running. It’s great to have Cousins service —they have beeen the best by far during my time in Florida. Always polite and good communicators.

The ENTIRE team was exemplary in their performance of installation of my new 5T CARRIER split AC system.
They took care in protecting areas in which they were working and cleaned up at the conclusion of the job.
Raul was knowledgeable in all facets of the work and at conclusion, handled the set up and instructions to me on the Nest thermostat, which he installed on my iphone.
Raul is an asset to your company and you are fortunate to have him in your employ
