Sley mentioned the charge would be total of $155.00. and I signed the paperwork. He was polite and knew the problem immediately.

Chris was in and out in 10 min. Told me a needed a coil clean, the water leak continued after he left . He sent me an estimate for the coil clean, I called Cousons air that evening to set an appt. I was told someone was going to call me the next day which would’ve been Friday, June 15 to set an appointment and no one called me until right now. I ended up, fixing the problem myself with my wet vac and getting the gunk out of the truck with my own hands. If I was able to fix that, Chris could’ve done the same, but he just was lazy and unwilling to do the work. My AC Would still be licking if I was depending on your service. I have a maintenance contract with you guys that I probably will not renew.

Cousins Air is the best. Had a 2 1/2 ton unit replaced because it had gotten old and not working properly. From the estimate to the end of the installation, they were on top of everything, knew what they were doing, worked quickly, and everything was cleaned up and working when they left. i’ve been with this company for a number of years now and I’m always more than satisfied. You got a love, Cousins Air.

Cousins Air is the best. Had a 2 1/2 ton unit replaced because it had gotten old and not working properly. From the estimate to the end of the installation, they were on top of everything, knew what they were doing, worked quickly, and everything was cleaned up and working when they left. i’ve been with this company for a number of years now and I’m always more than satisfied. We are totally pleased with Cousins A/C. They came on time, as scheduled, protected all my floors, installed promptly, taught us how to control the thermostat from my iPhone. Perfect! Could not ask for more. This is the second time we have used them, and have been thoroughly pleased both times. Incidentally, there was no 'hard sell'
