Sonthorax was one of my installers for a new A/C unit. Very meticulous in preparing the site for the removal of the old unit and installation of a new unit. Ensured the site was left in excellent condition. A job well done!

Donald was right on time and was very knowledgeable in what I needed to replace my old ac unit with something more efficient. He was realistic in his estimate and did not want to oversize a new unit that was not necessary for my home. Very satisfied with his estimate. Would definitely refer Cousins to anyone looking to replace their HBAC System

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Donald. He took his time and explained everything we asked in detail. It is also great that he included all the little things that would be needed for the units, such as electrical box cover.

polite and seemed to know what they were doing but then again the unit has yet to pass inspection so it's hard to rate how well these technicians did....during the initial install you sent 4 guys..they were polite and seemed to know what they were doing but the install did not pass inspection!

After 22+ Years with Cousins air, I believe my time spent and my loyalty speaks for itself . Chris Grattan has been taking care of my home for many years and I trust him.. thats the highest compliment I can pay someone. He is an expert at what he does and he does it well and complete each time. We appreciate the quality of Chris’s work as well as the quality of service that “Cousins Air” provides.. Thomas was on time and respectful of our home. My only criticism is that he did not review the visit with me before leaving. He did look for me but I was behind closed doors. I do think it's important to review the visit with the customer before leaving. He should have called me. This is more of a suggestion for your company than a criticism of Thomas. He was very professional.
