I was impressed with the skill and education provided. Gelynx, is very personable. He quickly assessed the situation, set to work efficiently and effortlessly. All the while explaining the steps in the process. After installing the new dryer and ensuring it was soldered in properly, he pressurized the system with co2 while checking to ensure there were no other leaks. He held off on his break because he knew there was an hour wait while evacuating the system. Excellent service by tech and getting someone out quickly to resolve the issue found the night before

I can’t say enough good things about Jerry. You can tell he really loves what he does and he’s so knowledgeable about it, even if I can’t keep up! Jake did was able to quickly determine the problem given I had already done some electrical checks. As such he suspected a leak and found the dryer had a pin hole in it. He offered to add refrigerant to allow time for repair department to resolve. But there was an issue with the Shrader on the low side of the system or his meter so I am now forced to wait for the service department to get back to me while the building was only able to be cooled off to about 86 using my emergency floor unit. My concern at this point is how quickly can they respond as I will have to move things out that cant take the heat if not resolved today.
