I can't praise Jason Reittinger and the staff of Blinds & Plantation Shutters, enough. Everyone I've dealt with over the past seven years, from Jason himself to his office staff, has been knowledgeable, skilled, professional, kind and eager to help in every way. Even if you have a small job, they make you feel like you're the most important customer they have. Honestly, I could never praise everyone at Blinds & Plantation Shutters enough; they're just the best!

Went to Jason's shop yesterday to get replacement parts for my blinds n to my surprise I was given the parts at no charge. WOW I returned later the same day and gave them 4 window verticals that needed new carriers. The people working their are amazing in dealing with the customers. I am waiting to see how my repairs come out. But I will be definitely giving this business to friends that need blinds repaired or bought. Jason installed plantation shutters for me several years ago and did a great job. I’ve been very happy with them. Recently when I needed a few replacement parts they were there with what I needed. That’s service you don’t get from franchises.

I ordered a plantation shutter from Blinds by Jason because of a local radio add. I waited over two months for my “made in Jamaica” shutter. Thought $700 plus was a lot for one window. Let me say that the shutter, service, and quality of the product and installation was worth every penny. My wife and I are thrilled with the beauty of the shutter and how it transformed the room. So elegant. Will be soon ordering shutters again from Jason for our guest bedrooms.

Blinds by Jason was awesome - they removed the vertical blinds and old broken track and installed a new track and replaced the blinds in no time. The blinds now work perfectly. In addition I was distracted when I was writing them a check for the balance and overpaid them considerably $$$ and they emailed me and called me to let me know they would send out a check right away. Our sales representative was Eddie. Professional, competent and easy to do business with. Installers were excellent, neat and competent. I only remember the names of two, Andrew and Sam, but they worked in pairs and were great. Morgan was continually updating us on the status of drapes, work etc A great company and experience. Henia

My experience with Jason’s Blinds & Plantation Shutters was seamless and great! I pretty much knew what I wanted. I called - and within days someone came out, worked with me on finalizing my ideas, measured the windows, and provided the quote and a date for installation. Andrew arrived on the date and time specified and installed my beautiful shutters. Easy, peasy … and I LOVE them. As Andrew said … they “transform” the rooms! Goodbye verticals!! Very pleased!!

To Jason Was not happy with the first installation doesn’t reflect your work when when your second installer came out he come up with a lot of good ideas and they worked he was very nice and talked highly about you and your company I guess he’s your cousin I think he did a great job but I’m still not happy with the wings they just don’t look professional I would rather the word so you can call me at anytime I was satisfied like I said with the second installer

Shutters by Jason is by far the best company to purchase Plantation Shutters from. An employee named Devin and the owner, Jason, came to measure all our windows, as well as the large 8' X13' patio door. The shutters were made here locally at Jason Shutters manufacturing plant. The installation went quickly because the shutters fit perfectly in all the windows and the patio door containing 4 separate hanging gliders roll smoothly to the left and to the right and hang perfectly with no gap in the middle or in the overlap. Devin was part of the initial installation team and came back 1 year later to tweak an adjustment with the left side gliders at no cost to me. These very tall gliders are heavy and are moved constantly every day. They are not stationary shutters that are on the windows. We moved to Palm Coast in September 2017 and I always wanted Plantation Shutters if I ever lived in Florida. They keep out the heat of the Summer sun by tilting the slats up and still getting daylight in the room and during hurricane season the slats can be totally closed which become a wall of wood in front of the glass protecting and preventing glass damage.
