Colin was fantastic. He was very thorough and helpful. We thought we had a pipe leak, but after all his testing to make sure it wasn't a broken underground pipe that was causing a wet spot on our carpet, he determined it was hydrostatic pressure of ground water pushing up through the slab and seeping through our carpets moisture barrier (which was not installed properly). I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

I recently worked with Neil from American Leak Detection while investigating moisture issues in two condominium units, and I was extremely impressed with his service. Neil arrived on time, was professional throughout the entire process, and clearly demonstrated a high level of knowledge and expertise. Most importantly, he had the specialized equipment necessary to quickly and accurately identify the source of the moisture intrusion, allowing us to address the issue right away rather than spending time and money on unnecessary exploratory work. Neil took the time to explain his findings and answer questions, making the process easy to understand for everyone involved. His thorough approach and attention to detail gave us confidence that the true source of the problem had been identified. I would highly recommend Neil and American Leak Detection to anyone experiencing unexplained moisture or water intrusion issues. Their ability to pinpoint the source of a problem quickly can save a significant amount of time, frustration, and expense.
