This is the second time I have used Leak Wizard, and the process could not have been easier. I made an appointment by phone, Gabe showed up as scheduled, and the leak was repaired before I got home from work! Fair pricing and reliable service. Would recommend without hesitation.

Robert came out to our house to check for our pool leak.
He checked inside and outside the pool called to check in with us the next
day and found the leak. We are satisfied with the service we received. He was knowledgeable and efficient.

After putting off having Leak Wizards come out to our house to check out our pool, we finally decided to bite the bullet. Our neighbors had used Leak Wizards several years ago, and highly recommended them. After doing the bucket test several times with no real conclusions, and having to add precious, costly water to the pool every week, we scheduled an appointment. Robert came out and went to work. He was performing some type of sounding with headphones and and probe that hung inside the pool as he walked on the deck around the entire perimeter of the pool. I had moved to my front yard for a moment, and when I returned to the backyard, Robert was no where to be seen. Further investigation found Robert inside the pool with dye and thoroughly covering every possible source of a leak. He eventually found the source of the leak, exited the pool, dried off, and sealed the leak from outside of the pool on the deck. He explained to me what he had found and how he was going to fix it. All in all, Robert spent about an hour performing his search and repair. The cost of the repair was covered by the cost of coming out, and a credit card was accepted for payment on site. I was very impressed and pleased with the entire process and results with Robert and Leak Wizards. Well worth the cost. I would highly recommend Leak Wizards to anyone with concerns about a possible leak in their swimming pool.

Was amazed how Robert was able to find a leak at our pool. For the last three years we have had other companies try to find leak. One company spent two days searching for the leak. Robert was able to find the leak in our spa jet in two hours. Would highly recommend wizard leak finders.

We called for an appointment earlier in the week and they could not get to us before the following week; we asked to be put on a waiting list and we actually got the work done within a couple of days which saved so much water. The repair tech was a pleasant and capable young man, completing the work very quickly and professionally.

Josh was not only friendly but very knowledgeable . Josh found my leak in less than 45 minutes. It felt like I could talk to him all day. Josh quickly found the leak in my return line and removed the decking and cement to access the problem. He quickly repaired and closed the ground. Replacing the brick decking and looks like new!
One week later the repair appears to be holding and water usage/loss has dropped to nothing or very little.
