The Air Solutions service was exceptional. Everything was explained -- in fact, there were things I should have known but didn't. He did a great professional job and acted accordingly.

Our experience with Mr. Sierman was excellent. Arrived within the time window, knew what had to be done (replace the unit's control panel), and checked the two zones to ensure they were operating.
My only other comment does not have to do with him, but we were quite out out that the part could not be received and installed until a full week after it was the problem diagnosed. Houses get cold in the winter without any heat.

Mark was very punctual and listen to the problem we were having with the heat in the poorhouse. He checked through on everything and didn't find a big problem but made sure thermostat was working properly and was set on permanent setting. The heat did work and temperature was working properly when he left..We have always had excellent service with Air Solutions and your technicians are certainly wonderful !!

The technician was scheduled to come between 12 - 4, he showed up about 2 pm, so he was there when he was supposed to be here, II showed him wher the furnace was serviced furnace and took all garbage with him
