Today I noticed I had a Pipe Leak. I contacted First Choice Plus. They set an Appointment for a Repairman and sent me a picture of him before his arrival. Jacob is a very articulate and Professional Gentleman. Prior to any work being performed, He was to explain what needed to be done and gave me an upfront estimate. I observed a man who takes great Pride in what he does. Upon completion, He explained in detail what was done and made sure I was Satisfied with his services. Jacob; 'A True Asset' for a Caring Company !!!
