Technican Jessie addressed the condition of my faulty air conditioner unit. He was on time with the appointment and answered the concerns/questions that both my wife and I had. Excellent worker and I hope that he is going to be the future service tech in my area. PS= Thank you Bill and Ariana.

I had a service technician at my house yesterday. His name is Sterling. He was very respectful of my concerns and fixed my plumbing problem. He also took the time to explain what was causing my problem and educated me to what I needed to do in the future to minimize my problem. He is definitely an asset to this company. The staff in the office was also very courteous and sent me a plumber very quickly. I would use them again.

First Choice Plus has been very helpful to us. Jessie S. and Joe have been wonderful to work with on several occasions. They both go above and beyond to complete work/projects for us. They have solved problems that multiple others from other companies have yet to solve. They care! Everyone we have met from First Choice has been very kind and professional. I certainly recommend them.

I used First Choice for a new water heater. The installation was done with no issues and the technician was respectful and professional. Unfortunately, I feel that they were very overpriced. My fault for not researching better, but after the fact, found out that I could have saved about $1,000 with a different company (even with a larger unit). I will do more research next time and I won’t use this company again.
