I used First Choice for a new water heater. The installation was done with no issues and the technician was respectful and professional. Unfortunately, I feel that they were very overpriced. My fault for not researching better, but after the fact, found out that I could have saved about $1,000 with a different company (even with a larger unit). I will do more research next time and I won’t use this company again.
