Professional, explanation of planned steps to check moisture in walls, floors around fixtures in bathrooms and meter readings.. When completed, discussed finding, steps suggested for insurance company and time frame of followup. Ended by giving me is card and thanking me. A plus I received a call with expected arrival and a text with credentials and a picture of the technician.

Troy did a great job. This was a tricky one that stumped all of us and some plumbers as well. Turned out to be a leak in the wall at an elbow pvc fitting that's been "weeping" constantly for probably months or even years before it reached it's current state that was causing the damage. Such a small leak didn't register on the water meter but Troy was able to pin point exact area. Would 100% can him again.

American Leak Detection located a hot water pipe leak in our kitchen, buried beneath five inches of cement. They marked out a square spot in tape on the kitchen tile floor with an "X" marks the spot label. The following day we broke through the kitchen floor at the spot American Leak Detection marked on the floor and found a pin-hole in the copper piping within four inches of the "X" marks the spot outline. Mr. Nagel performed a thorough inspection to our church and unfortunately was unable to identify the leak, however, was able to determine that the leak was coming from the outside of the church, which would require line location. ALD was refereed to us by a local plumbing company. Steve was honest in all of his explanations on the process and what he may or may not be able to do for us in finding the issue.
