My spa was loosing water every day and what I thought was going on would have cost me more in repairs than the visit. MJ found the leak after testing. It was actually a leaking valves and a crack around the drain in the spa. Had I tried a DIY of what I thought was leaking it would have looked terrible and cost much more than the visit charge. He took his time and explained everything so I could understand it. I would not hesitate to call them again!

Thank you Becky and Kevin for promptly working on the previous leak in my skimmer installing a new one and also being prompt to rectify the leak in the new installed skimmer. So far Monday after Kevin came out Saturday. Looks like the water level is good. I will re-start again balancing and adding more salt.

Couldn't believe they had an employee right in the area. Was here in 30 min. Nice gentleman, Dave, walked my yard with great care. We finally found the wet spot. He dug a small hole to reach water bubling up. Very thankful not to have to worry about this situation over the Thanksgiving holiday. Sprinkler system turned off, plumber coming Monday. Great customer service! Thanks! Will join many others in recommending this company.

He said some of the desk in the skimmer box was eroding and cracking so he yrepoxed and I think he checked the water inlet and outlet but he didn’t get in my pool and check the bottom drains or the pool light. Hopefully losing the water is only coming from the skimmer box. I reviewed my camera tape and saw Matt in my pool with a dry suit checking the drains and light.
