Nathan called to let us know he was en route and gave us an ETA which I really appreciated. He had to pull and clean the blower on our air handler. Once completed, he showed pictures of the before and after and explained all of the tests he had run to show the system was back up and running properly We really like how thorough Nathan is and highly recommend him and Gulf Coast.

Danny was polite and walked me through the system readings. My concern was the initial push to add refrigerant before confirming where the leak was coming from. Once I asked for a proper leak search, the evaporator coil leak was found. The repair quote I received was much higher than expected and did not include a clear breakdown of labor and materials. Because of this, I was not confident moving forward with the estimate. Overall, the diagnosis was accurate but the repair approach and pricing did not meet my expectations.
