I appreciate the phone call letting me know ow you're on the way and the estimated arrival time. I like the transparency of seeing what needs to be and why. You explain it well. The work area stayed organized and clean throughout the process. Remembering to close the gate was appreciated so the dog doesn't get out. Please make a note to knock or call and wait for me to to answer to prevent any issues with the dog. We need to keep everyone safe.

Since 1988,when the house was built , it came with an A/C system supplied by Gulf Coast Air Systems . I bought all replacement systems from GCAS and they have been serviced by them all these years until now .Jeff has been here many times doing scheduled services. Friendly, customer oriented, problem focused and a good listener it is a pleasure having Jeff doing this work. Thank you.

Since Marco has not serviced our units before he was not aware of the electrostatic filter on our unit and that it has to be removed and hosed down for cleaning. Then reset the filter timer meter on front of unit. Walk thru with him.
