Nathan was excellent and took time with us to explain the maintenance he performed on our A/C unit. It was great how he used his phone to show us exactly what he did on our unit. I have been with Gulf Coast Air for over 25 years and is one of the best technicians I’ve had over those years!! He seemed to genuinely care about the customer. Nathan called to let us know he was en route and gave us an ETA which I really appreciated. He had to pull and clean the blower on our air handler. Once completed, he showed pictures of the before and after and explained all of the tests he had run to show the system was back up and running properly We really like how thorough Nathan is and highly recommend him and Gulf Coast.
