Danny was polite and walked me through the system readings. My concern was the initial push to add refrigerant before confirming where the leak was coming from. Once I asked for a proper leak search, the evaporator coil leak was found. The repair quote I received was much higher than expected and did not include a clear breakdown of labor and materials. Because of this, I was not confident moving forward with the estimate. Overall, the diagnosis was accurate but the repair approach and pricing did not meet my expectations.

Jose, is a very personable young man and I am thankful for him servicing my AC today. I imagine him to be a very good employee. He took his time and I never felt he was rushing the job.
